Ingredients
- Chickpeas (cooked)
- Tahini
- Beetroot
- Greek yoghurt
- Garlic
- Cumin
- ½ Lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
- Rinse and drain the chick peas.
- Peel the garlic and squeeze the lemon.
- Mix all the ingredients, except the paprika, in a blender to make a smooth creamy paste.
- Serve the hummus with a little sweet paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
